Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TraxBuild platform, operated by RV Investments and Solutions LLC. By using TraxBuild, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

TraxBuild provides a SaaS platform for real estate developers to track construction progress and communicate with investors. Features include AI photo analysis, investor portals, Google Drive integration, and automated reporting.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

TraxBuild offers monthly subscription plans processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

4. Free Trial

New accounts may access a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TraxBuild for unlawful purposes, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or resell our services without written permission.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to TraxBuild. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the services. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7. Intellectual Property

TraxBuild and all platform features are the intellectual property of RV Investments and Solutions LLC. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraxBuild shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, access is revoked and data deleted within 90 days. You remain responsible for fees incurred prior to termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
